Weekly comments stuff

Hey y'all its ya boi Dwon/ Dwonathan/Dwonivan and we are back with another blog even its late but wumpus we still doing it. So first and foremost I don't like 3D, like at all but oh well I guess I'll have to suck it up my dudes. It doesn't help that I'm behind on tutorials but i heard after the helmet it is way better. But on the plus side, my new pencils came in and I'm so happy! Also I'm improving with my realism each time i draw and I'm drawing everyday so far but i really have to draw mouths and different profiles more but that'll come with time and i went moonlight bowling Saturday for my friends party and I had an amazing time. Who is ready for Christmas?! I definitely am, I'm so excited for it, I just love Christmas time like, I just put up my tree. Something interesting that happened this week was the long week of demo's mainly because I only fell asleep once but that was because I only had gotten 2-3 hours of sleep and it wasn't even for the long one but yeah kinda cool I guess. Im so ready for winter break so I can draw, sleep, spend time with the fam, and play smash ultimate all day. So yeah here's a link to whatever video i put here, so yeah I'll see y'all tomorrow. Bai!!

Weekly stuff yahoooo

Hey y'all its Dwon/Dwonivan and I'm back from the dominican republic, it was a good time but also not great. Because of the trip, I've fallen super behind on the project like I'm still animating it sadly, which also means I'm definitely gonna have to pull an all nighter or two to finish it but it'll be worth it in the end.  I'm still kinda "scared" I guess about t doing the final project blog because with this project I barely used any references, well maybe enough? We shall see, but yeah don't be surprised if on Monday I'm still not done with the rough animation because it'll be a lot to do but I got this *dabs. I don't really have a choice anyway lol, it's either hand it in incomplete and get a failing grade or pull like two all nighters (not back to back ofc) and be able to finish it. I'd definitely choose the latter. The coloring shouldn't be too bad because my colors are probably gonna be mainly flat colors and stuf...

Timing

 Timing is essential when it comes to animation but also it helps you improve as an artist/animator as well. Animation veteran has sat down and taught us why timing is important and how it can also be fun to do also.     Timing involves how fast something moves and how long it stays still. Slowing an object represents weight, gravity, mass and speeding up an object adds speed, energy, and lightness. When working on timing, it is a good idea to work on the poses that you want in an animation, and number the poses as to where it breaks down, this allows you to know ahead of time if the rhythm is right and if the poses work out together or not.          Your key poses help set up how the rest of the poses will turn out, they aren't shown for that long, only for a quarter to half of a second but you can stretch out the time a little bit so your audience is able to see them.
